The training was very good. The transition between theory and practice is particularly successful. All the examples shown are comprehensible and based on practical examples. All in all, highly recommended and interesting.

In July 2020, our apprentices completed the MAG welding course with subsequent welding certification for the second time with great success. The courses were organized in-house. The implementation was absolutely uncomplicated and none of our apprentices missed out. The subsequent test was almost a pleasure for the participants. The course management and the management of Fa. ARCEXPERT show that with commitment, competence and patience, you can motivate our young people to achieve really great things.

I would like to thank you once again in all respects for our joint constructive certification audit in accordance with EN ISO 9001:2015, which took place in 2 audit stages during a very challenging time (Covid-19).
On the one hand, your quantitative and meaningful management documentation and its determined implementation in daily practice were/are impressive – on the other hand, the entire working environment at the modern company location and, as a result, occupational health and safety are of great importance.
The certification of the QM system confirms that all business processes in the area of “Training and further education in the ARCEXPERT Academy” are consistently planned, controlled and permanently monitored in the KPI cockpit – above all, participant satisfaction has the highest priority. The management and the quality management officer have communicated that special attention will be paid to the “Q offensive and further development of the young QM system” in future.
