ORBITAL WELDING Basic
Basic training as a certified orbital welder
With an operator/setter certificate in accordance with EN ISO 14732 (orbital welding), you will have numerous career opportunities in the pharmaceutical industry, clean room technology and the chemical industry.
Target group:
all persons who need or want to take the standard test according to EN ISO 14732 and thus want to obtain a higher qualification
Prerequisites:
– Training in the metal sector, welding skills
– Mental, physical and manual aptitude
– Completion of the 16th year of life
– High willingness to learn
– Very precise work
32.5 UE Theory:
Contents: Putting orbital equipment into operation, setting parameters, configuring and programming the system, managing welding data, maintenance and care, forming, applying welding procedure specifications, theoretical examination
11 UE Practice:
Contents: Preparation of weld seams, various exercises with open and closed gun (with and without filler metal), operator training and welding system training in all structural areas, practical test

It is therefore possible to extend the course individually with optional modules according to your previous knowledge and training objectives.

TÜV AUSTRIA certificate (certificate valid for 6 years)

ORBITAL WELDING Advanced
Higher qualification as a certified orbital welder
With an operator/setter certificate in accordance with EN ISO 14732 (orbital welding), you will have numerous career opportunities in the pharmaceutical industry, clean room technology and the chemical industry.
Target group:
TIG manual welders who want to gain higher qualifications.
Prerequisites:
– Completed TIG welding test FM5 (Cr.Ni.steel)
– Mental, physical and manual aptitude
– Completion of the 16th year of life
– High willingness to learn
– Very precise work
10 UE Theory:
Contents: Commissioning, application of welding procedure specifications, configuring the system, setting gas parameters, theoretical test
14 UE Practice:
Contents: Preparation of weld seams, various exercises with open and closed gun (with and without filler metal), operator training and welding system training in all structural areas, practical exercises, practical test

ORBITAL WELDING Expert
Target group:
Orbital welder with extensive experience
Prerequisites:
At least three expired operator examinations and an expired TIG certificate.
Contents and duration:
Further training in isometry and process optimization with documentation, treatment of surfaces and measuring instruments, online usability of manufacturer databases, forced position training, quality assurance
Duration:
32 UE

Confirmation of participation
Requalification for active certified orbital welders
Target group:
Anyone who wants to renew the operator/setter certificate in accordance with EN ISO 14732 (orbital welding)
Prerequisites:
Expired operator/setter certificate in accordance with EN ISO 14732 (orbital welding)
Duration:
2 UE theoretical examination
3 UE practical exam
It is billed according to required and actual teaching and exercise units.

Examination regulations:
The exams can be taken at any time, depending on the learning progress. The instructor decides on admission to the examination.
